Shipping Policy

At Scarlet Charm, each piece is thoughtfully prepared with care to ensure a beautiful experience from the moment your order is placed. Because our collections are created in partnership with trusted international designers and manufacturers, delivery typically takes between 2–3 weeks.

Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays, high-demand periods, or carrier delays. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Rates (U.S. Orders)

Standard Shipping (Orders under $60)

  • A flat rate of $6.99 applies to orders below $60.

Free Shipping (Orders $60+)

  • We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders $60 or more.

All orders—free and paid—include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. Once processed, your order is prepared, securely packaged, and transferred to our international fulfillment partners for delivery.


Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A carrier link
  • Real-time delivery updates

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to begin updating.


Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Scarlet Charm is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by an incomplete or incorrect address
  • Packages returned due to address errors
  • Re-shipment fees associated with incorrect information

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Scarlet Charm is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order appears lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address:

  1. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
  2. Notify us at support@scarletcharm.com or call (213) 259-3993.

We will do everything we can to support you throughout the process.


International Shipping

At this time, Scarlet Charm ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping may become available in the near future.
