Return Policy
At Scarlet Charm, your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, jewelry (earrings and rings), or final sale items.

    Include your order number in your message. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

• Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
